Project onboarding begins once the client formally approves the proposal and makes the initial payment. At this stage, we assign a dedicated project manager who is responsible for overseeing the entire process, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and alignment with project goals. We initiate the onboarding process with a kickoff meeting to establish scope, timelines, communication methods, and expectations on both sides.
Our payment structure is flexible and pre-agreed upon, whether fixed-price, hourly, or milestone-based. We issue invoices accordingly, and payment is expected within 7 to 15 business days of the invoice date. Delayed payments may result in project suspension or additional late fees, as outlined in the service agreement. Final deliverables may also be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared.
Revisions are an important part of the creative process. Each project includes 2 to 3 standard revision cycles at every major stage of delivery. These revisions must be requested within a reasonable period after delivery. Any changes beyond this scope or after final approval will be considered new requests and may incur additional charges based on their complexity.
Confidentiality is one of our top priorities. All client data, project information, source codes, and designs are kept strictly confidential and shared only with authorized personnel. We do not reuse or disclose any part of the project without the client’s written permission. If required, we are open to signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to further protect client interests.
Both the client and Shifty Innovation reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all work completed up to that point will be invoiced, and payments must be cleared before handover of any deliverables. Any advance payment made is generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the initial agreement.
Finally, we provide post-launch support for a limited time to address any bugs or minor issues. For long-term maintenance, platform upgrades, or technical support, clients may opt for a separate maintenance contract tailored to their ongoing needs.
